Dinner (on your own) at Simm's BBQ on Geyer Springs Road. We will begin meeting at 5PM. Beer is served!
The game at McClellan begins at 7PM. Gate admission is $5.00 (I believe). This has been waived for alumni in the past, however, most of us pay the admission to help the school.
During half time, the winner of the alumni scholarship will be announced and alumni will be recognized. I am hoping to have tags for alumni to wear with their class year on them, and given at the gate. It will be nice for the current students to be able to identify alumni. If anyone is available to help with this activity (tagging alumni), please email me.
Friday and Saturday night are open. Suggestions will be appreciated!
Our goal is to raise $1000.00 this year. We are "on the verge" of getting a paypal account to make donating easier. I know the economy is terrible and ANY donation is appreciated. The money collected is used to fund the web site and provide for the scholarship. Since we have less than 5K in the treasury, donations are able to be claimed as "charitable" without the "official" tax-exempt number.
